CANCELLATION POLICY: Reschedule/cancel via email please! 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours via email and/or text in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment but please understand that it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

For LATE CANCELLATIONS (less then 48 hours): We will be charging based on our discretion half the cost of the service up to the full amount.

For NO SHOWS : We will require the full payment of the missed appointment before booking your next appointment. 

If you arrive LATE to your appointment we cannot guarantee your groomer will still be able to accommodate that appointment. Being late cuts into YOUR dogs appointment time so the full service may not be completed in order for us to stay on schedule. The amount charged will be for the service booked not what gets completed. 

We totally understand life happens, and we will honestly be compassionate when things come up but last minute appointment switches are very difficult to work with when we are a small business operating without a receptionist. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
