The best way to get in touch with us is by email. Since we don’t have a receptionist (and we’d rather be fluffing tails than juggling phone calls!), we don’t stop grooming to answer the phone. This keeps us focused on your pup, avoids distractions, and helps us stay on time with appointments.

Phone calls often turn into a game of telephone tag, but with email we can check messages between grooms and make sure everyone gets a timely reply.

This way, your dog gets our full attention in the salon, and you still get clear, prompt communication. It’s a win-win—happy pups, happy humans!
